Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is
available in the Plano, TX area to support students across K-12
settings. This full-time contract position offers the chance to
provide essential speech and language services in multiple schools
with a diverse student population. Locations and assignments
include: - Old Settlers Elementary and Southridge Elementary:
Serving K-5 students with a caseload of approximately 48 students.
This role covers maternity leave and requires immediate
availability through March 31. - Durham Middle School: Supporting
around 65 students, this assignment runs ASAP through May 22. -
Hebron High School/Hebron 9 in Carrollton: Managing a caseload of
85 students with an assignment from ASAP to May 22. Key
responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive speech and language
evaluations and therapy tailored to individual student needs. -
Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to
develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs). -
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in
compliance with district policies. - Participate in meetings as
required and support students in an inclusive educational
environment. Qualifications and preferences: - Must hold an active
state license for speech-language pathology. - Preference for
candidates with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC). -
Candidates in their Clinical Fellowship (CF) must have supervision
arranged externally before starting, as onsite supervision is not
provided. - Ability to work onsite at assigned school locations is
