At Alphalete Marketing, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships on behalf of our clients. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through the enrollment process. We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with strong communication skills, a passion for service, and an ability to stay calm under pressure. Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Utilize leads provided to engage with prospective customers on behalf of our clients Facilitate and execute sales presentations, tailored to individual customer needs Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and update account information Collaborate with fellow team members with the goal of consistently improving our results for our clients Assist with customer concerns and work to find resolutions Participate in continued training opportunities in order to stay up to date on our clients products and services
