Company Overview HD Supply is seeking Full Time Warehouse Associates for our Admin Team! Now Offering a $1000 sign-on bonus ($500 paid after 90 days & $500 paid after 180 days!) However, you must remain employed a minimum of 90 days in order to be eligible to receive the first $500 sign-on bonus and remain employed 180 days to receive 2nd $500 sign-on bonus payout._ Competitive Pay Shift: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm am shift, Monday - Friday, (end times vary as OT may be required) Location: 550 Lakeside Pkwy, Suite 100A, Flower Mound, TX 75028 (Enter off Garden Ridge St) Minimum Requirements:

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, non climate controlled warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbls
  • Ability to work full-time, 2pm shift with overtime as needed
  • Must be able to submit to and pass pre-employment drug test Preferred Qualifications
    • Knowledge of machines and tools.
    • Computer experience.
    • Time management and organization skills.
    • Ability to understand written material and basic math skills
    • Interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work with others in a group, cooperate with others, offer to help when needed, and foster a team climate within the group where members are committed to a common goal. Skills/Qualifications:
      • Previous Replenishment experience highly desired
      • Material Handling Equipment experience (forklift, reach truck, cherry pickers) required
      • Performance and goal-driven attitude.
      • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
      • Willingness to work in multiple departments as assigned.
      • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, non-climate controlled warehouse
      • Must be flexible to work overtime if needed

Job Description & Qualifications Job Summary Perform various day-to-day administrative duties to provide support to the operation. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
          • Tracks and updates time in Kronos for associates' hours, vacation, sick time, and personal days.
          • Runs daily, weekly, and monthly reports for freight audit, stock receipts, and other reports that are relevant to the position.
          • Sets up new job accounts for customers and maintains accounts receivable files on customers.
          • Creates manifests to customer purchases.
          • Prepares and codes invoices. Matches customer pick-up and delivery tickets for accuracy.
          • Provides operation support as assigned by manager.
          • Answers multi-line phone and routes calls to appropriate personnel. Nature and Scope
            • Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor.
            • Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques. Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor.
            • None. Work Environment
              • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
              • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
              • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience
                • HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Specialized skills training/certification may be required. Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility.
