supervises and evaluates the assigned analysts and their work
product. This position requires a deep understanding of license
compliance services. This position reviews completed returns for
approval and submission to clients and is also responsible for the
training and development of junior staff, managing GDS, and overall
project management including client interactions and engagement
economics.Your Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in client facing
meetingsCommunicate engagement expectations to assigned analysts
and/or seniorsPrepare engagement contracts and agreementsOwn client
communications and drive solutions, focus on client deliverables
and status against planManage to projected budget and ability to
forecast budget changesPrepare timely billingsAbility and
willingness to sell new solutions and workManage client
expectations proactively to ensure satisfactionBuild client
relationships through technical and business expertiseManage junior
staff in actively maintaining compliance calendar (EY Decisions),
monitoring deadlines, raising issues to next level, pulling reports
for client deliverySkills and attributes for SuccessAbility to
research and interpret published statutes/ordinances/guidance to
determine license compliance requirements; where guidance is not
clear, make judgements and conclusions based on experience and
discussions with relevant jurisdictionResolve issues at the
jurisdiction and client levelUtilizes EY methodologies and tools
that exist to enhance service deliveryDeals with roadblocks and
issues, providing suggestions and alternativesReferences and
interprets standards using professional judgement, identifying
noncompliance while applying a balanced view of all client
mattersConsults with Senior Leadership in the Firm as
necessaryApply Tax Quality and Independence rules to engagementsTo
qualify for the role you must haveBachelors degree or years
equivalent experienceMinimum 3 years of experience in a
professional services or tax services organizationCPA, JD, Enrolled
Agent or other appropriate designation requiredExcellent
organizational and verbal/written communications skillsEffective
time management skillsAbility to work in fast paced professional
services environmentComputer software applications, including
Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint,A commitment to following
through effectively on client requestsAbility to develop knowledge
of various client industriesStrong management skills needed to lead
teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and
counsel employeesHigh degree of efficiency and ability to design

for you.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and
benefits package where youll be rewarded based on your performance
and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary
range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is
$53,000 to $87,300. The salary range for New York City Metro Area,
Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $63,600
to $99,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined
through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to
education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In
addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental
coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time
off options. Under our flexible vacation policy, youll decide how
much vacation time you need based on your own personal
circumstances. Youll also be granted time off for designated EY
