Job Description:

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with monthly forecasting and annual budgeting, conduct a broad range of ad-hoc analysis, provide reporting, and assist with special project duties. This role will serve as the finance business partner to the leaders of various departments/brands, assisting them with variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and ad-hoc analyses. Ad-hoc/project responsibilities will include the development of financial models, presentations of analyses and making recommendations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.Essential Job Functions:Assistance in the preparation and continued development of the monthly forecast, annual budget, as well as related schedules and presentationsPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting packages, including variance analysis for periods presentedAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expendituresDevelop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiativesAd-hoc business and financial analysis utilizing various databases, and working with various operational areas to help senior management with decision making and strategyPerforms other duties as assigned or required including assisting with finance organizational initiativesServe as the finance business partner to various department/brand leadersSkill Requirements:Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-taskAbility to follow established procedures and meet deadlinesAnalytical ability to synthesize complex or diverse informationAbility to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and gather and analyze information skillfullyDisplays willingness to make decisions, exhibits sound and accurate judgment and makes timely decisionsAble to look for ways to improve and promote quality and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughnessAdvanced PC/software skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required (experience with Oracle Hyperion a plus)Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business AdministrationMinimum 3-5 years work experience in financeMust have strong work ethic during high volume periodsMust be able to balance workloads and multi-task while remaining cognizant of multiple reporting deadlinesAbility to work within a team environmentExceptional personal initiative and desire to drive consistent improvementExperience in multi-company, multi-location environment highly encouragedExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh level problem-solving and analytical skills requiredTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job function satisfactorily.
