The Senior Billing Representative positions will continue to be responsible for supporting back-end operations for THPG through outbound calls, adjustments, and submitting claims intended to process bankruptcy, deceased, financial hardship, recondo, attorney billing requests and as a backup for customer service to drive revenue cycle best practice, and self pay AR within 48 hours turnaround time. Risk associated with not extending the replacement position impacts our agreed upon self pay revenue goal between the client and O360. Noncompliance with the state laws of Texas to process these responsibilities will result in penalties in accordance by the law. This role works minimum of 50 accounts a day.

This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Our office is located at 909 Hidden Ridge, Irving, TX. Employees will be required to work 1 day onsite and some days from home.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 2+ years of medical billing and healthcare bankruptcy experience
• 1+ years of experience with attorney medical billing requests
• Experience with EPIC
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management) and Excel (create spreadsheets, v-lookups, pivot tables)
• Ability to work in office once per week at 909 Hidden Ridge, Irving, TX 75038
• Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 5:00pm CST including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
  Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience

    • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
