Job Description:
Regional Finance is continuously expanding as we currently have
350 locations across 15 states with future plans to become a

Collections will be responsible for managing a large team of 60+
agents along with 5 supervisors. The incumbent will be responsible
for all central collections policy, procedures, call and collect
effort across multiple sites Duties and Responsibilities Monitor
departmental metrics to ensure performance standards are met
Perform staff coaching to maintain agent effectiveness and improve
delinquencies Recommend and implement process improvements when
needed Conduct account audits and communicate results to team
members Facilitate escalation resolutions with Regional customers
and team members Proactive address and resolve team member issues
immediately Create and manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage
Other duties as assigned by leadership Minimum Qualifications 6+
years industry experience in collections and customer service 4+
years in progressive management roles and responsibilities Strong
leadership skills Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
with the ability to fully utilize tools to compile and analyze data
Results driven professional who can organize, prioritize plan and
multi-task work activities Ability to lead, direct, train and
manage team Excellent communication and customer service skills
with the ability to work effectively with all levels across the
organization Strong attention to detail Ability to set and monitor
individual goals as well as motivate employees. Demonstrated
ability to organize self and others Commitment to professional
growth and development Must pass pre-employment screening Preferred
Qualifications Previous experience in consumer finance
