This role assists on the month-end accounting close process and manages the A/P process for all companies globally.Responsibilities include the following.

• Prepare month-end journal entries
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Work on accounting projects and initiatives
• Assist on External Audit Requests
• Manage the A/P process globally and ensure that all incoming invoices are reviewed and sent to appropriate team for approval; ensure that A/P invoices are loaded to the accounting system and paid timely
• Ensure that A/P process documentation is maintained and updated Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.Preferred:
    • CPA
    • IFRS Experience
    • Accounts Payable experience
    • Experience working for a global company
    • SOX experience
    • NetSuite experience
