Job Description:
The Senior Accountant applies advanced principles of accounting
to analyze financial information and prepare financial
reports.Primary Responsibilities* Ensure timely and accurate
month-end close process for the U.S.* Prepare journal entries*
Prepare account reconciliations* Manage the preparation of
month-end reports* Prepare process documentation* Ability to assess
current processes and recommend process improvements to streamline
the close* Manage the monthly close calendar and ensure that all
tasks are completed by due date* IFRS accounting--and Net Suite is
required* Lead accounting projects and initiatives* Work with
external audit and manage audit requirements for the USSupervisory
ResponsibilitiesThis job may supervise in the future so supervisory
experience is a plusEducation and/or Experience* Bachelor's degree
in Accounting* 5 - 10 years' experience working as part of a
General Ledger Accounting team.* Preferred:* CPA or CPA eligible*
IRFS experience* Global accounting experience* SOX experience*
NetSuite experience* Leadership qualities* People leadership
